Kendall Wilcke of Hernando is the 2013 recipient of the Hernando Lions Club Scholarship. The $1,000 scholarship is awarded through the Club’s endowment managed by the Community Foundation of Northwest Mississippi. Wilcke plans to attend the University of Mississippi in the fall.
