The Community Foundation of Northwest Mississippi is a charitable corporation governed by a volunteer board of 22 directors representing 12 counties in Northwest Mississippi. These directors bring diverse experience, expertise and perspectives for policies, financial support and grant decisions. Each director is elected for a 3-year term and may serve two consecutive terms.
