The Community Foundation is a 501.c.3 charitable corporation governed by a volunteer board of 22 directors representing all eleven counties of Northwest Mississippi. These directors bring diverse experience, expertise and perspectives for policies, financial support and grants. Each director is elected for a 3-year term and may serve two consecutive terms.
