The Josh Ose Memorial Scholarship was awarded to two Hernando High School seniors for 2014. Receiving $1,000 each were Timothy Chavez attending the University of Mississippi and Allie Bierman attending Mississippi State University. The presentation was made to the students by Tom Pittman, president of the Community Foundation of Northwest Mississippi, manager of the scholarship fund, Josh’s parents Ross and Sissy Ose, and fundraiser for the fund, Leslie Bierman.
